
It's almost time for the 56th annual Mid America Farm Expo!
The event is scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday at Tony's Pizza Events Center and the Saline County Livestock and Expo Center in Kenwood Park and will include more than 225 exhibits showcasing the latest in farm technology, machinery, equipment, and supplies, according to information from the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce.
Additionally, the expo will include seminars on such topics as ad economy, risk management, precision ad, and ag data and market outlook, the chamber noted.
Speakers include Matt Bennett of AgMarket.net, Kansas Department of Agriculture (KDA) Secretary Mike Beam, David Schemm, Kansas ag policy advisor for U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, and Jeff Allison, integrated solutions manager for PrairieLand Partners. Their presentations are as follows, according to information from the chamber.
