
Marjorie P. Reinhart, 85, Minneapolis, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Minneapolis, surrounded by her family. She was born Marjorie Toon on March 28, 1940, in Fredonia, to Farris and Wilma (Craig) Toon.
Marge was a graduate of Fredonia High School. She was united in marriage to Raymond Reinhart on August 9, 1959. They celebrated 54 years before his death in 2014. She was the head cook at Minneapolis High School for 38 years. After retirement, she enjoyed working as a teacher’s aide at Minneapolis Grade School and as a salesclerk at The Fashion Palette, Minneapolis. Marge was a faithful member of Heartland Worship Center in Salina. She taught Sunday School to nursery children for many years, noting that children can learn about Jesus no matter how young they are! She was also a longtime member of the Minneapolis Noon Lions Club and the Rock City EHU.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Raymond, on April 5, 2014.
Survivors are her sons, Galen (Cindy), Roger (Lana), all of Minneapolis; 4 granddaughters, Amanda Reinhart, Fortwalton Beach, FL, Andrea Stos (Mark), Otis, Paige Lorenson (Justin), Clay Center, Allison Reinhart, Salina; eight great-grandchildren; and siblings, Betty Johnson, Fredonia, Alfred Toon (Joyce), Branson, MO, and Sharon Fraser, Fredonia.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M., Sunday, August 24, at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Monday, August 25, at Heartland Worship Center, 118 S. Eighth St., Salina. Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 26, at the Fredonia Cemetery, Fredonia, KS. Memorials are to the Heartland Worship Center or the Minneapolis Noon Lions Club and may be left in care of the funeral home.
