Salina man threatens to shoot people at bar and restaurant in downtown before arrest.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Friday at around 8:45 pm, Shane Chaca (26) verbally threatened to shoot people that were inside Spicoli's Toasted Subs (117 N. Santa Fe).
After the report was made, officers arrived on the scene and made contact with Chaca.
Reportedly, he threatened officers as well and kicked a single officer.
Chaca was body wrapped by authorities and booked into the Saline County jail for the requested charges of:
Battery and Interference with Law Enforcement, Criminal threat and Assault.
According to jail records, Chaca has been arrested in past for Probation Violation and for Stalking, Criminal trespass in a separate incident.
