Just before 10p.m. Saturday, police heard a loud noice and screaming, according to a media release from Concordia Police. As officers were attempting to located the screaming, police dispatch received a 911 call from the 400 Block of West 5th Street reporting two juveniles who were severely burned.
First responders located the two juveniles consistent with the 911 report of burn injuries. Concordia Fire Department responded and transported the juveniles to North Central Kansas Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
