A Salina man is out $2,800 in cash after a wallet was stolen from his Salina residence on Friday.
The 36-year-old Salina man told police that sometime between 7 a.m. and 3:50 p.m. Friday, someone entered his residence in the 1500 block of E. Iron Avenue and stole a wallet that contained $2,800 in cash, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning.
The man said that the thief entered through a bedroom window, which may have been unlocked.
Forrester said police are reviewing surveillance video from the area.
