On the heels of a 12-10 season that saw them raise their average above .500, the Ellsworth girl’s basketball team will look to take the next step under new leadership.
New head coach Craig Batchman steps in to lead the Lady Bearcats in his first season at the helm.
Ellsworth returns a strong core of talent and experience for the upcoming season, with a starting five that should look like this come tip-off.

Ellsworth will also look for big minutes off the bench out of four seniors in Peyton Conrood, Alyssa Rodriguez, Lexi West, and Rylan Ohl, junior Maggie Bohl, and a trio of sophomores in Johanna Linsley, Josie Kueser, and Alexis Moore
The Lady Bearcats open their season in Ellsworth with a home game against Lyons this Friday.
