Established in 1980, the Evaline Hess Healthcare Careers Education Scholarship has helped generations of students by providing financial assistance for health-related education. Scholarships are awarded in three categories: initial entry into healthcare, career advancement, and updates in technical training. Through these awards, the committee aims to empower the next generation of healthcare professionals.
The charitable Evaline Hess Healthcare Careers Education Fund is administered by the McPherson County Community Foundation and continues to welcome additional gifts in support of its mission.
Students interested in applying for the 2026 scholarships should contact Tara Williams at McPherson Hospital in late January 2026 at [email protected].
