Phoebe Ann Halter, 85, of Salina, passed away Thursday, June 1st, 2023 at her home.&nbsp; Phoebe was retired as a Warehouse Operator for Philips Lighting in Salina.

Phoebe was born in Kansas City, KS on November 25, 1937, a daughter of William L. Hamons.&nbsp;&nbsp;She graduated from Bishop Ward High School in Kansas City, KS&nbsp; &nbsp;She was the wife of the late Larry L. Halter. She was survived by her son, William L. Halter of Bennington.&nbsp; Also surviving are her grandchildren Jamie, Kellie, Dylan as well as 3 grandchildren amd 3 great-grandchildren
