BEVERLY – Graveside memorial service for Craig Daniel Smith will be held on June 3, 2023 at 4:00 pm at the Beverly Cemetery, Beverly, KS.

Craig was born in Salina, Kansas on September 5, 1975, the son of Ralph E. and Mary (Altman) Smith, of Ellsworth, Kansas and passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in Salina, Kansas.

Craig spent most of his life on a farm near Tescott, Kansas. He drove a semi for several years all over the country, and hauled many over sized loads to the east and west coast.

He loved kids and was very proud of his daughter, Allyssa. He spent most of his time at home with her, as he loved her giggles when playing with the dogs. He hadn't seen his daughter for some time, but she was with him in his heart every day as he loved her so very much.

Survivors include his parents, Ralph E. and Mary Smith, of Ellsworth; daughter, Allyssa Smith, of California; sister, Amy Rutz (Justin), of Enterprise, Kansas; nephews, Ty Wood and Ivan Rutz; and niece, Lillian Rutz all of Enterprise, Kansas; Aunt Gail Von Fange of Lincoln, Kansas, and extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his son, Patrick M Smith; maternal and paternal grandparents, and Uncle Roy Von Fange.
