The Granny Brigade will be hosting a guest speaker that will bring different views and information regarding the topic of immigration.

Next Tuesday, June 17th at 7:00 pm the Granny Brigade will host recently retired U.S. Border Deputy Patrol Agent, J.J. Carrell. This meeting will be held at the Friendship Center on&nbsp;746 Commanche Ave., in Salina.

According to the Granny Brigade, Carell will speak on a "different view on immigration" and the U.S. border. Before his retirement, Carrell served as a U.S. Deputy Patrol Agent in the San Diego Sector for 24 years.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
