
Kansas Highway Patrol
The newest class of Kansas Highway Patrol Troopers graduated from the Kansas Highway Patrol Training Academy on Wednesday, June 7 in Salina, Kansas.
GKHP Recruit Class #65 began 23 weeks of training on Wednesday, January 4 at the Kansas Highway Patrol Training Academy. The Patrol's ten newest Troopers will enter the field training phase of the training program.
Trooper Dylan Anderson, K-507, Class 65 graduate of the Kansas Highway Patrol Training Academy, will be stationed in Saline County.
During the ceremony on Wednesday Trooper Anderson’s father, Chris Anderson, placed his badge on him for the first time.
Anderson’s hometown is Leonardville, Kansas.
New Troopers will be stationed in the following counties:
Troop A:
Johnson/Wyandotte Counties - 1 Trooper
Troop C:
Cloud County - 1 Trooper
Marion County - 1 Trooper
Mitchell County - 1 Trooper Ottawa County - 1 Trooper
Saline County - 1 Trooper
Troop D:
Thomas County - 1 Trooper
Troop F:
Pratt County - 1 Trooper
Sedgwick County - 2 Troopers
