Part of W. Humbargar Road has been closed to through traffic for culvert work.
The Saline County Road and Bridge Department announced this morning that it had today closed W. Humbargar Road between Gerrard Road and Thompson Road for replacement of cross-road drainage culverts.
Weather permitting the roadway should be opened by the end of the day on Friday, the department noted.
Motorists are advised to allow a few extra minutes of travel time to reach their destinations. Local and emergency traffic will be provided access to private property within the sections of closed road at all times but only from the side upon which the property lies.
