H2K Investments, LLC has issued a Notice of Eviction for nonpayment of rent to Kavelle Gordon / Powell Enterprises, LLC, Auntie Rita’s Jamaican Cuisine, located at 145 A South Santa Fe Ave in Downtown Salina.
According to a displayed notice served by the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, the tenant had three days to either vacate the premises, surrender possession of the property, or to pay the overdue rent amounting to $2,275.00.
The notice was dated June 20.
“Should the tenant fail to pay the rent in full, the tenancy will be terminated for nonpayment, and further action will be initiated to remove the tenant from the premises,” the notice continues. “For further details or legal assistance, please contact Reynolds Law Office at 785-823-1333.”
Salina Post attempted to contact Kavelle Gordon but was unsuccessful.
