The south lawn of the senior center was decked out in U.S. flags this morning for the facility's Veterans Day celebration.
The senior center, which is run by Saline County, was closed Thursday in observation of the Veterans Day holiday.
The celebration also included people doing a memorial walk around the flags, food, free raffles and giveaways, and a senior reading a veterans poem.
