John F. Litchman, known to friends as "Augie,” passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 75 years. He was born on July 2, 1946.
He will be greatly missed for his unique sense of humor and immense care for others. John lived a fulfilling life as a loving father, stepfather, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a caring brother to three siblings, an amazing husband to his late wife Linda, and a friend to many. He enjoyed traveling to Colorado whenever he had the chance, and he loved having Sunday dinner with his family.
John is survived by his brother William and Kristin Litchman of Albuquerque, NM, sister Martha Linda of San Francisco, CA, son David and Kristina Litchman, stepchildren Kelly and Terry Jones, Stacey Miller, Loren and Dena Miller, Lance and Penelope Miller all of Salina, six grandchildren, Elliott Litchman, Coalton and Jessica Miller, Riley Miller, Cari Miller, Erica Miller, all of Salina, Chellcy Miller of Bonner Springs, and great-granddaughter Dani Miller.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frederic William Litchman and Martha Elizabeth, sister Ellen Francis Litchman, and grandson Blake Miller.
A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
