Early this morning, a person at the Salina Regional Health Center became disorderly and stormed out of the hospital, making threats toward security guards on his way out of the building.

According to Salina Police Department (SPD) Capt. James Feldman, at about 12:30 a.m., 60-year-old Ricky Lee James Hall became angry within the hospital and allegedly caused a disruption.

"There was a subject that stormed out of the hospital, and as he was leaving, he told the guards he would 'catch them outside' and mentioned a gun," Feldman said.

Feldman said that although the incomplete police report did not state when and where, officers later located Hall, arrested him and requested charges for two counts of criminal threat and trespass.

Salina Regional Health Center had barred or banned Hall from the hospital earlier, constituting the request for a trespassing charge.
