Hillsboro - Nellie Jost, 93, died May 15, 2022 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro. She was born May 3, 1929 in Hooker, Oklahoma to Bernard and Barbara (Loewen) Hamm.

She married Norton Jost September 3, 1950 in Adams, Oklahoma.

Survivors include sons Richard (Kelly) Jost of Goessel, Russell (Edith) Jost of rural Hillsboro; daughters Jolene (Bob) Reiners of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Corrine (Bruce) Dyck of Inman, Carla (Tom) Harmon of Durham, Kris Jost of Newton; brothers Michael (Jane) Hamm of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sister Freida Kidd of Everett, Washington; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by husband Norton Jost in 2004; brothers Alvin, Ernest; sisters Rosena, Betty, Charlotte.

Celebration of Life 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro. Burial 10:00 a.m. Thursday at French Creek Cemetery, rural Hillsboro. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
