Multiple recognitions, upcoming school calendars, and an Opportunity Now update are among the agenda items for today's USD 305 Board of Education meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the district offices, 1511 Gypsum.
Due to the current events regarding COVID-19, there are some adjustments to the format of the meeting, according to information from the district.
Board of Education members may attend the meeting in-person or remotely. Any in-person attendance will be limited to 15 people or less, including Board of Education members and USD 305 staff. Because of the group size limitation, patrons are encouraged to view the livestream from the safety of their home and email the Board Clerk, Deborah Howard, with comments about the agenda items at [email protected]. Comments about agenda items will be shared during the meeting, the district noted in a news release.

As per board policy BCBI – Public Participation, the board may allow public comments. During this meeting, we will not open for comments; however, we encourage patrons to email the board with comments not related to agenda items, the district noted.
