Kansas City Current
KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The Kansas City Current announced an updated roster as the team continues to prepare for the 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup. The Current travel to Exploria Stadium to face off against the Orlando Pride Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT before finishing out the club’s training at IMG Academy in Florida on Friday.
Kansas City also added a third preseason match to its schedule against the University of Nebraska on March 11 at 4 p.m. CT at Hibner Stadium. This will be the final tuneup before the Challenge Cup kicks off on March 18 with the Current playing at Racing Louisville at 6:30 p.m. CT.
The Current will play all Challenge Cup and Regular Season home matches at Children’s Mercy Park this season, beginning April 2 against Racing Louisville at 2 p.m. CT. Tickets and information are available at KansasCityCurrent.com.
