A Salina man jumps from the third floor of a motel window before arrest.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Sunday at around 8:00 am, officers went to Value Inn (1640 W Crawford) searching for a male suspect with a warrant out of Saline County for Felony Robbery.
The suspect was in a room on the third floor. When officers approached, an individual in the adjoining room came out and advised them of someone jumping out from their window.
Officers then exited the motel and located the suspect in area with severe injuries he sustained to his legs.
SPD took 43-year old, Mark Marvin into custody and transported him to Salina Regional Health Center for his injuries.
He will be booked into the Saline County Jail for Felony Obstruction and his warrant.
Possible charges are expected.
