A Salina man was arrested on a requested charge of lewd and lascivious behavior after an alleged incident late Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were sent to CVS Pharmacy, 681 S. Ohio, at approximately 5:30 p.m. Wednesday for the report of a male subject exposing himself. They found Ronald McAdams, 38, of Salina, on the north side of the CVS building, but because no one had come forward as a victim in the alleged incident, officers had to let him go, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning.
After McAdams had left the area, a CVS employee came forward and reported seeing McAdams exposing himself on the north side of the CVS building, Forrester said.
Officers were able to locate McAdams in the 500 block of S. Ohio Street. When they arrested him, he allegedly attempted to headbutt one of the officers, Forrester said.
McAdams was arrested on the following requested charges, Forrester said.

●Assault on a law enforcement officer
