A wet and cool Sunday is forecast for most of the area, according to the National Weather Service.
Rain is likely for at least part of the period between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. for the area roughly west of Interstate 35.
Forecast high temperatures are mostly in the 60s, with the warmest temperatures approaching 70 in far southeast Kansas. Area of central Kansas where rain and clouds are most likely will only reach the lower 60s.
