A male suspect was arrested after allegedly sending someone a message via phone that was deemed a 'threat.'
According to the Salina Police Department on Monday, June 23rd a 47-year old male reported that on Thursday (June 19th) he received a phone message from a 27-year old male identified as Devin Murrell.
Police stated that on the phone message, Murrell 'threatened to shoot the victim' over a situation involving a relative of Murrell and the 47-year old.
Accordingly, officers located Murrell (location and time not given) and took him into custody without incident.
Murrell is facing a charge of Criminal Threat.
