Allen Philip Foskey, 74, died March 14, 2022. He was born July 21, 1947 in Salisbury, Maryland, the son of Marion Morris and Eileen (Ledlie) Foskey. Allen was a career U.S. Army retired veteran and had served in the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife Hui Suk “Kim” Foskey of the home; and a daughter, Julie (Kevin) Ivey.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the First Southern Baptist Church, Salina. Inurnment will be in the Kansas Veterans Cemetery. Manhattan, KS that afternoon with full military honors.
