Patricia Ellen Chavez, 59, of Salina, died Monday, October 25, 2021. She was born September 17, 1962, in Topeka, Kansas.
Her parents were Robert Jay Kissick and Beverlee Kissick. She had one brother, Todd Kissick, Phoenix, AZ.
She graduated from Lincoln High School, Lincoln, KS in 1980.
Her children are Nickolas Grace, Rosendo Chavez, and Sara Vargas; grandchildren Destiny Grace, Joey Grace, Damian Grace, Drezden Swank; grandparents Evertt and Velma Hartzell, Sarah and Clarence Jay Krissick.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2021 at Ryan Mortuary. Graveside will begin at 1 p.m. in Prairie Mound Cemetery, Ellsworth County.
Memorials may be made to Salvation Army in care of Ryan Mortuary.
