(4.1) Consider approval of the minutes of the meeting of March 24, 2025.
(4.2) Consider awarding Project No. 25012, YMCA Crosswalk and Sidewalk Improvements, to T&R Construction of Salina, KS in an amount not to exceed $118,258.19.
(4.3) Consider awarding Project No. 25009, 2025 Pavement Markings, to Heartland Traffic Services of Kansas City, KS in an amount not to exceed $96,890.90.
(4.4) Consider awarding Project No. 25010, 2025 Mill and Inlay, to APAC Kansas Shears Division of Salina, KS in an amount not to exceed $897,440.93.
Administration
(5.1) Review the design concept for the Shade Structure Project at Santa Fe and Ash Streets and provide direction on funding allocations.
(5.2) Consider certifying the final costs of 2025 Special Assessment Projects (Stone Lake Phase 3C and the Markley/Magnolia Road sewer improvements) and setting the public hearing date as April 28, 2025.
(5.3) Provide an update and conduct a discussion on options for the Jerry Ivey Memorial Park Splash Pad.
Development Business
(6.1) Consider approval of Resolution No. 25-8286 authorizing the Mayor to sign an Agreement for and accept the 2024 Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $300,000.
(6.2) Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign the plat of the Johnson Addition No. 2 subdivision which replats Block 2 of the Johnson Addition into three separate lots.
