An audit of Tuesday's primary election is scheduled for Thursday morning.
County Clerk/Election Officer Jamie Doss posted the following notice on the Saline County Elections Office website.
NOTICE OF ELECTION AUDIT, 2020 PRIMARY ELECTION
Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-3009, notice is hereby given that an election audit shall be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020 in the County Clerk's Office in the City-County Building, 300 W Ash St, Room 213, Salina, Kansas.
The election audit shall be of votes cast in the 2020 Primary Election to be held on August 4 2020.
A public meeting to randomly select the precincts and offices to be audited will be held at 1:00 p.m. on August 5, 2020 in the County Clerk's Office in the City-County Building, 300 W Ash St, Room 213, Salina, Kansas.
