Debra Irene Spiller, Hoisington
Debra Irene Spiller, 68, of Hoisington, KS passed away Monday, April 17, 2023, at Ascension Via Christi-St. Francis.
Debra was born in McPherson, KS on August 30, 1954, the daughter of the Conrow and Twilla May (Rodgers) Spiller.
Debra attended McPherson grade schools and graduated from McPherson High School in 1972. She attended Fort Hays State University where she graduated with a bachelor of science and business. She then attended and graduated from Emporia State College with a master of science.
She worked at SRS in Great Bend, KS as a records keeper.
Debra enjoyed her church, teaching Sunday school, her pets, lunch with her friends, movies and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by brothers Steve (Jan) Spiller of McPherson, KS and Tom (Karla) Spiller of Assaria, KS; brother-in-law Phil Durr of McPherson, KS; nephews Zeke (Tiffany) Durr of McPherson, KS, Klay (Sarah) Spiller of Phoenix, AZ, and Klint (Chelsy) Spiller of Assaria, KS; and nieces Karly Durr and Chevy Durr , both of McPherson, KS.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Kathy.
A graveside service will be held at McPherson Cemetery in McPherson, KS with Pastor Don Fisher officiating.
