The Kansas Basketball Coaches Association has released their week six girl's basketball rankings following another exciting week of hoops across the state of Kansas.
For the first time this season the 11-0 Salina Central Lady Mustangs have been named the #1 team in Class 5A, overtaking St. Thomas Aquinas for the top spot
There was another #1 shake-up in Class 3A as the Southeast of Saline Lady Trojans handed Hugoton a loss at the Sterling Invitational, knocking the Eagles down to #3 while SES climbed to #8.
After falling a spot last week, the Ell-Saline Lady Cardinals dropped again, falling to #9 in Class 2A.
This week saw the most turnover at the top of any week this season, with five of the seven #1 teams from a week ago being dethroned.
