24-hour rainfall totals vary widely across the area

Area rainfall totals for the 24-hour period ending at 7 a.m. Thursday varied from a trace to more than two inches.

The Salina Regional Airport reported 1.58 inches for the 24-hour period, while southeast Salina, near the Eagle Radio studios received 1.05 inches.
