Central Kansas Mental Health Center
Community members, partners, and stakeholders are invited to join a meaningful conversation about mental health in our region.
The Association of Community Mental Health Centers of Kansas and Central Kansas Mental Health Center will co-host a community mental health town hall at 5:30 pm on Monday, August 4. The event will take place at CKMHC’s Crossroads Building, 800 Elmhurst Blvd, in Salina.
This town hall offers an opportunity to bring voices together, exchange ideas, and explore how we can work collectively to support mental wellness and improve behavioral health services in our communities.
“At CKMHC, we are committed to increasing access and meeting people where they are,” said Glenna Phillips, CEO at CKMHC. “Community input is essential to shaping services that truly meet local needs.”
All are welcome, including those with lived experience, providers, educators, caregivers, health professionals, and anyone with an interest in improving mental health outcomes. Participants will discuss emerging issues and trends in mental health service delivery and explore how local community mental health centers are working to ensure access to quality care and treatment.
No registration is required. Light refreshments will be available.
