SALINA, KAN. - "I really love Salina. The Salina municipal golf course is a good one," said Harry Briggs. "Kansas wind is there like it is everywhere."

Briggs started Site Ball to make his game better. And it's boomed into a buinsess.

"My family in Salina is a little older now for the most part, so they don't get out as much. But I've got great memories of Salina,"said Briggs.

Briggs got his education at Washburn in Topeka, and is now living in the KC metro area living the dream.

"So I started this idea thinking it would help my game," said Briggs. "But, like with any good idea, I had to share this. And Washburn really helped me launch the idea."

And another Kansas company was born.

"Sight Ball is my company and I founded it at the end of college when I was looking at the course, and I realized there wasn't much out there to be able to help with stance and those kinds of issues," said Briggs.

"I took my idea to the Washburn development center and they helped me find a way to mass produce my prototype."

His idea to better hit the ball moved into other ideas. Like the MagCaddie.

"I gotta say I love the golf courses in Kansas. I love going on vacation and going to the beach but I always love returning home," said Briggs. "Kansas is home to the best people in life. Kansas just does a good job at being a great place... the heartland, and I appreciate that."

Briggs has seen his "better golf ball with sites on it" and other gear go national. He's been featured on FOX Sports, The Hacker's Paradise, Golf Vacations and more.

"It's helped my game," said Briggs. "I gotta say I love the golf courses in Kansas. I love going on vacation and going to the beach but I always love returning home. Kansas is home to the best people in life. Kansas just does a good job at being a great place... the heartland and I appreciate that."

Briggs big flex is being a serial entrepreneur.

"So I've started an energy company. I've already sold one company. Site Ball helps me pay the bills, but I am a serial business person," said Briggs.

"I have an energy company now, but I have a career in healthcare. Honeywell bought one of my companies that made masks and PPE during COVID. We found a way to make masks here in the United States. Supply chain issues were a real problem during COVID and we were able to cut prices in half for some products."

While Briggs says he is "on par" to continue enjoying life in Kansas, he plans on staying a Kansan.

"It's just a great place to live."
