The Southeast of Saline track and field teams returned to action on Friday where the boys picked up their third meet victory through the first five events of the season.
On the girl's side, Ashley Prochazka cruised to a third-place finish in the 3200, becoming the lone medalist for the Lady Trojans with Jentrie Alderson taking a much-deserved breather.
For the boys, it was another day of dominance for Chase Poague and Dylan Sprecker who cleaned up five more races, continuing a wild streak of top-two finishes in every event the two have entered this season.
Poague swept the 110 and 300m hurdles, tacking on a third gold medal in the 100m dash to remain undefeated in all three events and helped the 4x100 relay team to a second-place finish.
For the first time all season Poague also entered the 200m dash where he would claim silver with teammate Nakari Morrical-Palmer right behind him in third.
In the distance races Sprecker took the top spot in the 800 and 1600 with Levi Allen adding a third-place finish in the 3200.
Jude Golden would add the final podium finish on the day with a bronze medal in the javelin throw to help the Trojans lock up their third meet victory of the season.
Both teams will get back on the track on April 29th at the Beloit Relays, a meet that Southeast has historically performed very well at.
