Cecil Keen Jr., 89 died May 28, 2021 in Clay Center, KS. He was born on September 15, 1931 in Clay County, the son of Cecil, Sr. and Meda (Lloyd) Keen. Cecil was raised in Clay County. He was a graduate of the CCCHS Class of 1949. Cecil married Evelyn Wiese on May 11, 1951. They farmed and raised their family in Clay County. Cecil was a member of the Wesleyan Church in Clay Center. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Darlene Yarrow; brother Ray Keen.
