Kansas man hospitalized after SUV strikes city sign

ELLSWORTH COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after 2:30a.m. Saturday in Ellsworth County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2012 Chevy Equinox driven by Steven R. Haun, 33, Wilson, was northbound on 105th Road one half mile south of Old Highway 40.

The SUV left the roadway and struck the City of Wilson sign.

EMS transported Haun to Salina Regional Health Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
