The approval of the 2026-2030 City of Salina&nbsp;Capital Improvement Program (CIP) included several road design, construction, painting and improvements.

Design and construction to improve the functionality and safety for all users of the intersection in support of continued expansion of the area along S. Ohio Street and Schilling Road.
