A local man was arrested on multiple requested charges after an alleged domestic dispute at a west Salina motel Thursday evening.
Officers were sent to Americas Best Value Inn, 636 Westport Boulevard, for the report of a man and woman arguing. When the officers arrived, they made contact with a woman and an uncooperative man, Salina Police Captain Gary Hanus said.
The woman, a 40-year-old from Salina, told police that her boyfriend had assaulted her and took her cellphone from her.
The boyfriend, identified as Xavier R.T. Allen, 26, of Salina, declined to speak to officers and was taken into custody, Hanus said.
Allen was arrested on the following requested charges, according to Hanus.
