Jerald O. Peterson, 91, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
Jerald was born in Bennington, Kansas on July 31, 1931, son of Helen (Geske) and Alfred Peterson.
Survivors include his wife Shirley (Cline, Gans), Salina; son Jerald Robert (Iris-Rusty) of Rose Hill, Kansas; son Richard (Diane) of Waxahatchie, Texas; stepson Gary Gans of Bennington; stepdaughter Debbie Berigan of Salina; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Jerald was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Margaret (Grogg), his sister Beatrice Shepard, his son Randel and his grandson Scott.
Jerald was retired from SW Bell as lineman and manager, and Girl Scouts as property manager.
Jerald was in the Masonic Lodge, Shriners, and Scottish Rite.
Donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, in care of Ryan Mortuary.
