An SUV stolen from a southwest Salina driveway late last week was located Saturday in Ottawa County with two teens inside.

Shirley Ridens, 69, of Salina, told police that sometime between 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday, someone stole her 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, valued at $10,000, from her driveway in the 1800 block of Page Avenue, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester reported this morning. The SUV was unlocked and had a spare set of keys inside, he added.

At approximately 12:40 p.m. Saturday, OnStar tracked the SUV to a location in Ottawa County, and two juveniles, a male and a female, were in the vehicle when it was located by an Ottawa County Sheriff's deputy, Forrester explained.

Charges are pending, he noted.
