SALINA, KS - LoVaune Rasmusson, 90, of Salina, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2021. She was born on August 30, 1930, at Lindsborg, KS to Melroy and Olga (Lundquist) Anderson. LoVaune graduated from Lindsborg High School and attended Bethany College. She married Ermal L. Rasmusson on June 6, 1953.
LoVaune loved to bake and enjoyed entertaining. Her Swedish heritage and spending time with her family were very important. The church was also a large part of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother and sister. LoVaune is survived by daughters, Pam Duffy (Pat), and Karen Jilka (Mike); son Curt Rasmusson; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 255 S 7th St., Salina. Burial will be private in the Elmwood Cemetery, Lindsborg.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Foundation and sent in care of Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina.
