Breezy and warm temperatures are expected on Memorial Day. High temperatures will be 85 to 92. If you have outdoor plans, there is a chance of severe weather across central Kansas on Monday.
Severe storms are possible Monday afternoon and Monday evening. The highest chances of severe storms will be along Interstate 70 in central Kansas. There is a conditional chance of severe storms from U.S. Highway 56 to U.S. Highway 50.
Large hail up to tennis ball size, damaging winds of 60 to 65 mph, and even a tornado or two.
