Attention central Kansas high school seniors: Ad Astra Books & Coffeehouse is now accepting applications for the Cash Hollistah Scholarship.
Named after Salina rapper/poet Cash Hollistah, the scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior in central Kansas who shows merit in the field of community enrichment, as well as poetry, music, or visual art, according to a news release from Ad Astra.
Applications are due by April 15, 2023.
High school seniors in the following counties are eligible to apply for the Cash Hollistah Scholarship.
●Dickinson County
●Ellsworth County
●Lincoln County
●Marion County
●McPherson County
●Ottawa County
●Saline County
Students must fulfill academic requirements, and plan to attend an institution of higher education in the fall of 2023, the release noted.
