Cohort.Digital, an all-women led company that assists businesses with media strategy and advertising placements, desires to build relationships and grow businesses around the nation. Based out of Topeka, Cohort.Digital is fully remote that helps businesses make sense of the digital marketing realm by providing insights for initial ad creation, data analytics, demographics, social media presence, streaming video, billboards, magazines, broadcast TV and much more.
Founded in 2020 by Lebo, KS native Alissa Menke, Cohort.Digital has been working closely with small to medium sized businesses to them help achieve their goals.
"Our mission is to build a strategic media plan for every business we are working with," said Founder/CEO Alissa Menke.

Before Cohort.Digital was established, Menke always wanted to own a company. After taking business classes in college, Menke accepted a job offer at an ad agency. During her time at the ad agency, she enjoyed working in the digital marketing world as she was very active with social media. Once the ad agency she worked at closed, Menke commented that her boss asked what she was going to do moving forward.
Menke still wanted to own a company and she received help from her former colleagues to do just that. She was able to start Cohort.Digital back in 2020, by applying the skills and knowledge she learned from herself and her former job.
Since then, Cohort.Digital has been known to collaborate and work effectively, while building strong working relationships with their agencies/clients.
"We love helping people and we just want to see them win," said Menke.
The Cohort.Digital team has worked with over 5 businesses in Salina, that include: Visit Salina, Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, AIM Center of Excellence, Imagine Salina, Downtown Salina, Smoky Hill River Festival, Smoky Hill Museum and Fili Creative.
On occasion, Cohort.Digital will personally meet with their clients to discuss business related matters. 'Downtown Salina' has worked with Cohort.Digital for about 2 years and Executive Director, Leslie Bishop commented on how the all-women led company has helped them.
"What's been great working them is that they do not make us feel like we have small marketing budget and they are so great in explaining exactly where we need to place our ads on social media," said Bishop. "They give wonderfully detailed reports about where our market is at and the other nice thing is that they do not ever make me feel like I need to be expert in digital marketing. They are always open to things that we may want to change and they never have an issue with that."
Bishop stated that the Downtown Salina social media presence has grown since they have worked with Cohort.Digital.
"Our statistics have been way above average ever since we started working with them and I think now people are more engaged on social media," said Bishop. "What they do, impacts what we do and everything that we are spending with Cohort just gets enhanced. Local businesses do not have alot of marketing money and Cohort will give you the best value for the dollars that you can spend. They are all just down to earth people."
Cohort.Digital recently expanded their services, as they added a Angie Grau as their 'media manager.'
