Severe thunderstorm warnings continue to be issued for counties in our area.

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 10:30 p.m Friday for the following counties in our area.

Northeastern McPherson County

Saline County

According to the weather service, 60 mph wind gusts and penny-sized hail are forecast. Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Additionally a severe thunderstorm warning remains in effect until 10 p.m. for southwestern Dickinson County.

According to the weather service, 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-sized hail are forecast. Hail damage to vehicles is expected, as is damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
