An investigation is ongoing where two suspects stole over $5,000 in cash and products from a convenience store in central Salina.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD), an investigation is ongoing after a burglary was reported on Sunday at the Rod's 1 convenience store (1401 S Santa Fe).
It was reported that overnight, an undisclosed amount of money was stolen from two gaming machines. Damage was made to an ATM machine, but no money was taken.
An unknown amount of cigarettes were stolen as well.
Reportedly, over $5,000 in cash and products were stolen. Over $20,000 in damage was made to the store.
SPD is following up on surveillance video and two males wearing dark clothing were spotted on the footage.
