McPherson County reports 33 new cases of COVID-19

MCPHERSON -- The McPherson County Health Department today reported 33 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the county total to 3,034.

Of that total, 1,968 have either met recovery guidelines or have died, and 12 of the active cases are hospitalized, the health department noted.

Following is the updated case data as provided by the health department.

• New cases since last public release: 33

• Asymptomatic: 65

• Unknown exposure: 1446

• Cases 60 years old and above: 940

• Cases 50-59 years old: 417

• Cases 40-49 years old: 392

• Cases 30-39 years old: 378

• Cases 18-29 years old: 605

• Cases under 18 years old: 302

• Female cases: 1593

• Male cases: 1441

• Total hospitalizations: 120

• Total ventilated cases: 20

• Deaths: 68
