Tresa N. Steinbrock, 94, Minneapolis, died Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis. She was born August 20, 1929, in Cloud County to Louie and Mimie Pounds.

Tresa and Darrel Dean Steinbrock were united in marriage on May 15, 1949, in Minneapolis. She worked hand in hand with Darrel raising pigs. She was known for the best cheeseburgers and malts that she would deliver to the harvest fields. Tresa worked as a CNA/CMA for many years. She was a very caring and compassionate person, and she loved caring for the elderly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Darrel; son, Louie Dean; and siblings, Lennis, Bernie, Delma, Chub, Dorothy, Darrell, and their spouses.

Tresa is survived by her son, Hank and wife Diane of Clifton; daughter-in-law, Bette Steinbrock of Minneapolis; daughter, Val Murk and husband, Ron of Delphos; sister, Rene Shaffer and husband, Don; grandchildren, Russ (Kenya) Steinbrock, Mick (Mike) Rapp, Justin (Tennille) Steinbrock, April (Daniel) Coetzee, Dustin (Michelle) Murk, and Brigitte (J.C.) Nelson; great-grandchildren, Drake, Ella, and Lilly Steinbrock, Ryanne an Henley Rapp, Kynnedi, Coy, and Charly Steinbrock, John, Shafer, and Zack Nelson, Drew (Chloe) Michaelson, Blaine (Chloe) Michaelson, D.J. and Bella Coetzee, and Brody, Brock, and Brooklyn Murk; and great-great-grandson, Hayes Michaelson.

Visitation will begin at Noon, Wednesday, March 20 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. at the Delphos Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the City of Delphos for the splash park.
