HILLSBORO - Norman W. Winter, 72, passed away March 21, 2023, rural Hillsboro. He was born November 6, 1950 in Hillsboro to Carl and Norma (Wangerin) Winter.
He married Gloria Modeland August 18, 1973, in Alva, Oklahoma.
Survivors include wife, Gloria Winter of Hillsboro; son Scott (Michelle) Winter of Hillsboro; daughter Kim (Brandon) Kysar of Edmond, Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Jean Winter of Hillsboro; six grandchildren.
Predeceased by his brother Warren Winter in 2007.
Celebration of Life Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Zion Lutheran Church in Hillsboro officiated by Rev. John Werner. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Interment at Durham Park cemetery, rural Durham.
