High quality homes that are built at a cost-effective price have made some noise across Salina.
Aero Plains Homes is Salina's newest neighborhood, which has proudly sold 16 homes and will continue to sell more with its affordable costs. Realtor, Mari Loder mentioned that these homes are suitable for people wanting to buy high quality homes at an affordable price. Every home is built by local contractors as well.

The homes consist of 3 different floor plans. Those floor plans include, 2 bedroom, 2 bath and a 2 car garage called the "citation," which means it is a one-level living home, costing $199,000.
The other plan is the "gulfstream," that includes 3 bedroom, 2 bath and a 2 car garage, two-level living home. This plan costs $229,000. The last floor plan are meant for families, which includes a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and 2 car garage. All bedrooms for this plan is on the 2nd floor that includes a master-suite and a walk-in shower.
"These houses were built by people who would love to live in these homes themselves. This is something that Salina and the surrounding areas desperately need," said Loder.
All homes are ADA compliant, meaning these homes are built to prioritize accessibility for people with disabilities. Each home has a storm shelter, with stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, energy efficient materials, sound and safety barrier walls between homes, landscape, sprinkler and sod systems.
