The Salina City Commission will hold its regular meeting on Monday October 27, 2025. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm inside Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street.

1. Consider approval of the minutes of the October 13, 2025, regular meeting.
2. Consider awarding the bid for Project No. 25017 - Fire Hydrant Painting to Wildcat Painting, Inc. of Wichita, Kansas for a total project authorization not to exceed $200,000.
3. Consider awarding the bid for Project No. 25018 - Water Tower Painting and Maintenance: Sunset to Maguire Iron, Inc. of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in an amount not to exceed $278,250.
4. Consider awarding the bid for the Broadway Median No. 4 project to Prairie Landworks, Inc. of McPherson, Kansas in an amount not to exceed $548,718.35

1. Consider awarding the bid for Project No. 24028 - 2025 Water Main Replacement, to Mies Construction Inc of Wichita, KS in an amount not to exceed $2,979,039.
2. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 25-11261 adopting the 2025 Standard Traffic Ordinance.
3. Consider approval of Ordinance No. 25-11260 adopting the 2025 Uniform Public Offense Code.
